Job Scope and Responsibilities:

?

Monitor incoming loan files to ensure pre-approval documentation and accurate program placement.?? Responsible for data entry of all loan file into IDASL prior to submission to underwriting.

?

????????? Communicate with Account Executives, Broker Coordinators, Brokers, Production Coordinators and Underwriting Department.

????????? Complete all files received by and send all initial disclosures within 72 hours of receipt of the loan file.

????????? Monitor incoming loan files for proper documentation.

????????? IDASL each loan file for proper documentation.

????????? Any loan file with a ?refer? disposition must be reviewed for a counter offer.

????????? Loan files with counter offers are to be managed by the Wholesale Loan Processor with the assistance of the Broker coordinator or Account Executive and the Broker.

????????? Loan files with ?refer? disposition that cannot be made a counter offer will be transferred to the Underwriting Department for final review and disposition.

????????? Request all required documentation from Broker to re-submit a loan in ?refer? status through IDASL.

????? Review reports and maintain a clean IDASL pipeline.

Education and Experience required:

?

????????? High School Diploma

????????? Minimum of 2 years mortgage banking experience.

????????? Strong data input/typing skills, communication and organizational skills.
