Wholesale Web Analyst
SUMMARY: Under the direction of the manager, the Wholesale Web Analyst will support the ABC/HLB website by working with internal business partners and IT to ensure the highest level of website performance and internal and external customer satisfaction.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Liaise with IT to define business requirements and troubleshoot website issuesPerform UAT testing for quality assurance and on new enhancementsWork with 3rd party vendors to support new featuresManage web inquiries from Wholesale Account Executives and Broker Relationship ManagersAssist in the creation of training materials
QUALIFICATIONS:
1 year of mortgage industry experience0-1 year of website management experienceExcellent communication and customer service skillsSelf-motivatedWorks wells in a team atmosphereProficient in MS Excel and PowerPointAbility to successfully multitask and meet deadlinesFlexible work scheduleHigh school or equivalent
