Job Description:
Administrative Assistant wanted!!! Great company!! Great working environment!! Great benefits!!! Need is immediate!! Duties include: Answering phones, setting appointments and clearing visitors, assembling and analyzing information, preparing agendas & correspondence, making extensive travel arrangements, providing department with travel itineraries and confirmations, maintaining depart. head files/records/storage area and sending materials off-site when required, arranging meetings, lunches, department functions, arranging clearance and accommodations when required,
budget responsibility includes coding and processing invoices, tracking monthly costs, marketing program support - review bookings in order to confirm means of payment, coordination with marketing partners
reporting marketing partner activities by pulling reservations data
review/proofing of marketing/website materials, as needed, video element management, (dubbing and shipping marketing videos as required) and collateral fulfillment. Skills: multi-task management of a high volume workload, typing 45 WPM minimum, excellent written and verbal communications, excellent organizational skills, experience with coordinating extensive travel arrangements. Intermediate Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook proficiency.
