Director of Aviation

Job Description: Leads the operations and administration of JCP Aviation. directs all phases of the Company flight operations providing air transportation for company Associates.


Travel: 70%

Education:
* College degree and aviation business experience is desirable.
* Must have completed approved flight and ground school training programs. Minimum Licensing, FAA ATP Pilot Certificate with multi-engine land rating; FAA type certificate for aircraft flown; Second Class Medical Certificate, FCC Radio License.

Experience:
Minimum: 3000 hrs. logged flight time as Pilot in Command with at least 1000 hrs. multi-engine and 100 hrs. in type aircraft assigned. Successful completion of approved flight and ground school.

Excellent management skills in supervising a flight crew necessary; fine administrative skills required to manage all aspects of Company jet operations; must be particularly skilled in coordinating responsibilities with the outside aviation support vendors.
