HAIR CARE SERVICES MANAGER - U.S. SENATE

U. S. Senate seeks experienced manager with the following: Working knowledge of current principles, practices, methods, and processes for accounting, personnel management, procurement, and inventory control; Ability to plan, organize, coordinate, assign, supervise, and evaluate work of staff; Skills in developing business and marketing plans; Excellent customer service and service recovery skills; Excellent communication skills, oral and written Intermediate computer skills in MSWord, Excel, and Outlook Database entry and basic troubleshooting



Desired attributes: Knowledge of hair care services and products Strong team building skills Initiative Knowledge of Capitol Hill 

Bachelor's Degree in management, business administration or related field, and two to three years of progressively responsible experience in retail operations and cash accounting, including at least one year of lead or supervisory experience, or any equivalent combination of education and experience.



Salary range of $62k - $93k, depending upon experience and knowledge
