Housekeeping Supervisor

Erickson Retirement Communities is currently seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor for our newest community located in Lincolnshire, IL.

 

This position is responsible for supervising the day-to-day activities of the housekeeping staff to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.  Duties include managing the housekeeping functions of assigned personnel; reviewing and resolving concerns from residents, departments, and staff; providing training and development opportunities for housekeeping staff, and implementing disciplinary measures when necessary; ordering supplies and equipment necessary to maintain the cleanliness of all facilities; and inspecting facilities to determine housekeeping needs.

 

Qualified applicants must have three (3) to five (5) years experience in housekeeping supervision.  Some college may be considered in lieu of experience.  Excellent communication skills, computer proficiency, and demonstrated leadership ability required.
