KERASTASE EDUCATION ASSOCIATE

 

K?rastase, a division of L?Or?al USA's premiere hair care line, is seeking part time Education Associates to support new and existing salon business growth in the Colorado area.

 

Role and Responsibility:

 

The Education Associate will insure business growth within key accounts by providing education on new product launches, business building, assistant training, front desk sales education, and refresher classes. You will also be responsible for driving successful events in the salon to enhance and support sales for the K?rastase brand while generating sales and excitement in the salon where the support is needed for that day; Create loyalty of the brand through education and the in-salon presence; You will use all K?rastase tools and elements to enhance image and expertise with the salon staff and clients while upholding the K?rastase brand image. 

 

In order to excel, you must be a strong self-starter who has great confidence, persuasive communication skills and a flair for effective presentations. It is also essential that you have the ability to inspire, as well as a contagious enthusiasm for the beauty and fashion industry.
