LifeSpa Coordinator/Receptionist

Position Summary


Operates telephone system to answer incoming calls and directs callers to appropriate personnel in a manner that exceeds the caller’s expectations, presenting a cheerful and pleasant attitude at all times.  Upholds the fulfillment of Life Time Fitness’ Mission Statement.



Examples of Work Performed


1. Answers phones and directs calls to appropriate extensions in a timely and polite manner
2. Pleasantly greets guests, visitors and employees as they enter the Spa
3. Maintains front desk appearance and signs for any incoming shipments
4. Stocks and faces product on the retail shelves
5. Folds and stocks towels
6. Sorts and delivers company mail and incoming packages
7. Responds to questions about the Spa and Salon and provides callers/guests with information about services and products
8. Uses computers to book, reschedule and cancel appointments for guests
9. Faxes and copies documents as needed
10. Takes payments for services and products
11. Inform guests of products and services offered in the Spa and Salon
12. Assists Front Desk Lead in inventory and ordering of new products
13. Offers customers clean, hot, scented towel and choice of beverage
.

4. Ability to build relationship with guests and staff
5. Ability to operate a personal computer
6. Knowledge of standard office procedures and computer software; Salon Biz software preferred
7. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in person and on the telephone
8. Ability to stay calm in tense situations
9. Knowledge of Spa and Salon services and products
10. Ability to operate a cash register and ten-key calculator

Work is performed primarily in a Spa setting.  This position is required to regularly:
