Personal Assistant/ Driver

Job Purpose:

Conserves employer's time by running errands and driving members of household to various appointments/destinations.  Maintaining calendars; arranging for activities and services; keeping information confidential.
**Required that employee be able to travel for extended periods of time, will be conducting same duties while traveling with employer**

 

Duties:

 

* Maintains employer's calendar by monitoring, and confirming appointments; reminding employer of schedules; safely and promptly driving him/her to their meetings/ appointments. 

* Arranges activities and services by identifying and clarifying needs and desires; researching options; making reservations for dining, travel, lodging, entertainment, rentals, running errands; shopping for necessities and gifts.

 

*light housekeeping

* Anticipates assistance needed by identifying problems, needs, options, and solutions before being asked.


* Maintains employer's privacy by keeping information confidential.

* Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
