Should I get a consolidation loan?

Q I earn ?10,500 a year but owe around ?20,000. I pay out nearly ?700 a month on bills, credit card payments and loans. My main loans will end in around three years' time, though, so should I struggle on or get a consolidation loan? I've already been turned down for one even though my credit file is perfect - not one late payment on a credit card or loan!
