Associate Merchandising Manager

 

Wisteria, a growing and dynamic catalog of antiques and decorative items for the home and garden, is searching for an energetic, professional, and dedicated Associate Merchandising Manager.  This position manages all aspects of vendor accounts.  Successful candidates must possess strong organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required in building and facilitating good vendor relationships.  Being a self starter with a strong interest in design and a combination of creative and analytical skills is important.  Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is required.  Merchandising and product development experience preferred.

 

Responsibilities include:Ordering, tracking and organizing of samples Working with vendors to develop new products Daily communication with international vendors Coordinate production schedules Initiate quality control of products from place of origin to arrival at Wisteria Coordinate international travel schedules and calendars This is full time position that may include working more than 40 hours a week

Compensation: $35,000 +/- (based on experience)
