Business Development Manager-RF Components

Description:

As a member of the nGimat management team and RF business unit, the Business Development Manager (BDM) plays a key role in taking our RF wireless devices (including phase shifters and tunable filters) to market. Specifically, the BDM provides business strategy and planning as well as having responsibility for marketing and sales of nGimat?s RF devices. The BDM maintains relationships with existing alliance partners and cultivates additional development/alliance relationships with commercial and defense organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

? Optimize business models and refine nGimat?s RF Components Business vision strategy and objectives

? Identify specific alliance candidates/customers, negotiate definitive agreements, and develop and/or strengthen relationships

? Focus on sales/development opportunities that will provide sustainable and profitable revenue.

? Assist in maintaining a competitive knowledge base and analysis of the market to better define the strategic positioning of nGimat?s offerings

? Provide input and update nGimat?s Business Plan via additional market research, targeted strategic focus, with attention to RF competitors and related competitive technologies

? Ensure that our customers? needs are achievable and met

? Create and deliver effective sales and marketing processes and materials

Desired Qualifications: A minimum of 5 years of technical and product development experience, preferably in RF components and/or advanced electronic materials.Respected relationships with companies that purchase RF componentsExperience with rapid growth environmentsA minimum of a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, and preferably will have an advanced engineering degree or an MBA

 

Reports To:  This person will report directly to the CEO

 

Key Interactions:

This position will interact with the majority of nGimat members as well as with customers, partners, alliances and service providers, etc.  At this stage in nGimat?s development, establishing overlapping teams and delegating authority to project/team leaders continues to be important. A seamless relationship with all the leaders in nGimat is an absolute requirement.

 

Salary:  Commensurate with education and experience.
