Business Planner 1

Job Description:
Seeking a highly motivated, self-driven individual to join the Cypress Supply Chain team. Employee will work cross-functionally to manage product availability using the latest APS (Advanced Planning System). The selected candidate will be part of a team responsible for, but not limited to: ? Supply and Demand management in support of the revenue goal and capturing new markets ? Focus on collaborative demand management of product families and forecasting processes ? Strategic Product Availability and Inventory Optimization Policies ? On-time Delivery ? Product Portfolio Management (New Product Integration, Product Conversions, and Product Phase Outs) ? Understanding qualification plans ? Resource Constraint Management ? Manufacturing Cost Reduction Initiatives ? Planning Process Improvements

Job Specific Requirements:
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) Strong analytical skills Ability to effectively prioritize work Ability to interface with all levels of the organization Ability to identify variables driving business results Ability to identify and resolve issues/opportunities Demonstrate constructive approach to addressing problems and issues Working knowledge of time-series forecasting

Minimum Education & Work Experience:
BA / BS with concentration in Operations Management, Business, Accounting, Economics, or Engineering 0-4 years experience in planning, supply chain management, or project management
