  Customer Support Manager

 

The Customer Support Manager role will require an in depth knowledge of the LeanLogistics system, understanding of general supply chain business processes, and the ability to support, train, and consult customers across a wide range of industries . The Customer Support Manager?s primary responsibility is to provide general user support throughout all phases of the implementation and post go-live.  The role will require interaction, support, and training to key and end users of both shippers and carriers.  

 

 

Additional Responsibilities:

 

?  Possess a detailed understanding of the system in order to demonstrate, communicate and support customers and carriers on a daily basis.

?  Assist Account Managers with carrier training needs and system set-up.

?  Support the Account Managers with system set-up and other implementation  related tasks.

?  Assist Account Managers with documentation (process flow) of the Customer?s business process to enable current state/future state analysis to occur.

?  Support product release cycles ? understand and test new functionality, report any issues, roll-out to respective customers.  Weekend testing will be required from time to time.

?  Ability to contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the Operations Team. 

?  Ability to travel to customer locations as needed

 

 

Skills Required:

 

?  College degree preferred but not required and or 2 years experience in logistics, customer service, or related field.

 

?  Excellent communication skills

 

?  Superior problem solving skills

 

?  Must be detail oriented and organized.

 

?  Ability to multi-task and prioritize work-load.

 

? Microsoft Office skills a must (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)

? Web based application experience preferred
