Director of Product Development

Our client is an industry leader with a history of success in the durable goods manufacturing arena.Due to continued growth they have created a unique opportunity to lead a Product Department consisting of talented and well trained Product Managers and Supervisors. In turn, this department will accomplish the company?s goals and objectives through strategies promoting both the product and the brand responsive to the needs of the customers and market. To be considered for this exciting opportunity you MUST HAVE:A Bachelor?s degree with an advanced degree being a plus.A MINIMUM of 8 + years current experience in successful Product Management and Supervision within a durable goods manufacturer. Strong tactical and strategic thinking skills. A history of success in both the creation and implementation of strategies and work plans driving continued improvement. A solid track record of cost management and deployment of successful cost reduction strategies. Proven leadership and coaching experience. Experience in the Agricultural Manufacturing Industry is HIGHLY PREFERRED.

This position will work closely with the Vice President of Planning and Business Development in driving continued success through innovation.
