Job Description

Pinnacle is seeking a qualified individual to fill a Dynamics GP / Great Plains Solutions Manager position.  The position's goal is to strengthen and expand the Dynamics GP and related solutions offerings that Pinnacle sells and integrates within our products suites. A summary of primary opportunities associated with this role:

 Serve as Product Manager and Product Expert on the Dynamics GP solution as marketed by Pinnacle. Strengthen Microsoft or related partnerships to capitalize on Marketing or product efforts. Monitor industry and competitive trends to enhance decision-making relative to product functionality and priorities.Provide technical product support to all departments within Pinnacle.Support the sales team by performing technical sales demonstrations to clients or prospects, or participate in related meetings as the product expert.Establish and execute effective communication with sales and marketing teams to maximize product revenue.Identify customer or market needs and propose product creation or enhancement to maximize company revenues and improve client or prospect relationships.Develop and maintain product business cases.Propose product related projects aligned with company business priorities.Manage client product expectations through direct client communication and working with other Pinnacle client interface resources such as the sales or client services teams.

 

Requirements (or equivalent related experience)Prior experience or Accounting education.Dynamics GP AR/AP/GL experience, technical knowledge of the Dynamics GP solutionstrong oral and written communicationsability to articulate the 'big picture'self starter and problem solvingexcellent working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and emailmoderate travel, estimated at 40%, for onsite client technical demonstrations and sales support, seminar attendance, training and interacting with customers at events and trade shows
