GROUP MARKETING MANAGER, MEDICAL DEVICES

Exciting Opportunity for medical device marketing professional to join a global technology leader. Candidate must have multiple years experience working with R&D through Development to Full Commercialization of Medical Products. Responsibilities will also include market research, value propositions, positioning, pricing, and branding. This person will be in a supervisory role and need at least 3 years managing direct reports. The business unit has in excess of $700MM in sales. Great working environment and location!Requirements

Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field. MBA, MS, or MA preferred, but not required. 8-10 years product management experience in the medical device industry. Experience in understanding market needs, conceptualizing product solution attributes, and driving product development teams while remaining linked to overall corporate strategic objectives. Experience in all stages of product life cycle management. Upstream marketing.  Sales experience preferred. Minimum 3 years experience in a supervisory role. Experience working with cross-functional teams. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. . Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, at all organizational levels. Demonstrated ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment. Ability to deal effectively with all employees and external business contacts while conveying a positive, service oriented attitude. Ability to maintain complete confidentiality and discretion in business relationships and exercise sound business judgment.
