New Dawn Distribution Inc. is now training for entry level sales and marketing positions.  For the past decade our affiliates have utilized the fundamental principles of direct marketing in order to maximize a market's potential.  The face-to-face techniques that we employ are used to personalize a client's presentation to their target market.  Our results have made us leaders in the customer acquisition industry. 

New Dawn is now looking to fill upcoming management positions with people that can take our firm to the next level.  We are looking to open four additional offices by the end of 2006 and are looking to train candidates to help in the expansion.  Client demands necessitate faster advancement for those that deserve it, so we are looking to train those who have the potential to manage in a short period of time.  We offer the opportunity to gain experience in the direct marketing field while learning how to apply those techniques to a dynamic business environment.

Sales and Marketing:

To run a market for our clients, candidates must learn how to cater to different audiences while adapting to certain situations.  Pay based upon performance.

 

Training and Team Management:
Offices and the people that work in them must be motivated in order to provide our clients with the highest level of service. Management candidates will learn the psychologies and techniques behind running a high-performance team.


Campaign and Market Management:
Our clients have certain standards and codes of conduct that they want to have met at all times. Learn how to best service their needs and incorporate their concepts to best develop the market.


Public Speaking:
We pride ourselves in having a positive and energetic atmosphere that promotes growth and learning. Candidates will learn how to create the same environment through different venues. Earn more visibility with our company and clients by honing your communication skills.


Human Resources:
The most valuable asset in any direct marketing firm is the marketing team. Candidates will be trained on how to find, evaluate and train the best people for the job.


Office Administration:
Success starts with the small things. Making sure that the office runs smoothly is one of the most overlooked, but important, aspects of becoming a manager.
