NPI Manager

CITY: Clearwater STATE: Florida COUNTRY: USA Essential Functions (Responsibilities):
* Lead team through all technical aspects of the product development
cycle including detailed design, proto-typing, testing and qualification, reliability demonstration and implementation into production.
* Hands on involvement in product development, design, analysis and application engineering.
* Conduct and lead all Program and Technical reviews to ensure
adherence to the NPI process.
* Establish baseline metrics to enable visibility in NPI execution.
* Communicate ideas, team's progress and results to business leaders.
* Identify and manage resources required to successfully execute
projects.
* Ensure on-time delivery of projects, meeting EHS, reliability and cost
goals.
* Work with internal team, including Marketing, Sales, Technology,
Operations, & Quality, as well as suppliers on product development,
program scheduling, samples and quality.

Qualifications/Requirements:
* BA in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
* Minimum 5 yrs experience in Design, manufacturing, application or testing and evaluation experience.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Proven ability to lead teams.
* Strong computer skills including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access
Six Sigma Skills.
vSelf Starter, highly motivated, results oriented and customer focused
Strong interpersonal skills.
