In this exciting and challenging role, you will be responsible for the successful configuration and installation of technical products provided to our agencies by the national organizationYou will also provide project management planning and tracking for all tasks needed to successfully configure, install, and deploy systems.  This position will conduct implementation tasks to include system configuration, conversion project management, approval and executing actual conversion of data to the live, production environment.  This position will provide project management planning and tracking to successfully migrate agencies to a centralized email/exchange system, and work with the Associate Director in developing materials and procedures related to product implementation.   JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: 

The Product Implementation Manager will possess strong project management skills, customer service and analytical abilities.  The successful candidate will be a detail-oriented individual with excellent follow-through, and possess strong written and verbal communication skills.  He or she will possess interpersonal savvy, and the ability to work with diverse, non-technical populations. 

 

The Product Implementation Manager will also possess the following:Bachelor?s degree from an accredited four (4) year institution preferred. Minimum of three (3) years experience in technical project management.    Demonstrated proficiency in MS Excel Demonstrated competency in database technology, e.g. Access, SQL Server Competency with MS Project Skilled in conducting web-based searches and general use of the Web. Ability to travel up to 20%
