Product Coordinator -- International Lighting Company

 

Rapidly growing International Lighting Design and Distribution Company seeks well-organized, smart, self-starter with excellent verbal and written skills to join friendly, high energy office environment with great opportunity for learning, growth and advancement.

 

Responsibilities:Daily communication with vendors in China and Vietnam.Sample Expediting - Scheduling, Tracking and Shipment expediting.  Update Sample Schedule for use by Design Department and overseas vendors.Keeping updated records of all product specifications ? assisting sales and accounting departments with needed product and factory information.Managing organization and setting up new recording systems and procedures for Design Department.Reviewing prototypes and overseeing production defects ? communicate to overseas vendors.Issuing official changes to production of current products.

 

Requirements:Bachelors Degree1 to 2 yrs experienceMS Office: Excel, Word, (Crystal Reports a plus)Ability to read CAD engineering drawingsExcellent Verbal and Written Skills in EnglishVerbal and Written Skills in Mandarin Chinese a plus
