Product Director - Back Office Solutions
Coordinate and manage all aspects of Product Management for Deltek' back-office applications.
* Manage team of Product Directors and Managers.
* Ensure proper planning of roadmaps for back-office applications, including product requirements, product release timing and frequency, product usability, and competitive intelligence.
* Support sales readiness, user groups, manage the product launch process, manage beta programs, help with positioning and messaging, pricing, and demand generation campaigns.
Candidate should have related experience in a senior product management role (director or vp.
* Must have management experience, able to multi-task, drive product roadmaps.
* Must be extremely familiar with back-office, ERP, systems.
* Must have related experience with a firm such as Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, Lawson, Microsoft, etc.
* Must show related experience to the job description described above.
* Must have a minimum of college degree.
* Must be fairly "technical".
* Must show experience with the Software Development Life Cycle, working closely with Design and Development teams.
