Product Engineering Manager--Located in Phoenix--Tempe, Arizona
Roles and Responsibilities
Competitive Analysis, Market and Customer information collection, new product development selection based on maximizing profit, maintaining product development schedules, provide leadership for problem resolution, provide quarterly estimates for manufacturing demand based on customer input and market analysis, and develop and maintain a 3 year business plan for P&L, resources, and roadmaps for the business.
The Line Manager is responsible for all new product development activities of the product family.
The objective is to aggressively grow revenue and market share while maintaining acceptable profitability.
The candidate will be expected to lead a team of Product Marketers, Product Definers and Application Engineering for new Product development and revenue growth generation.
Knowledge and Skills Required
The successful candidate will be knowledgeable in inertial, capacitive and pressure sensors, and/or analog and microcontroller devices, and possess 10+ years previous experience in either a similar management or product marketing/engineering role. The candidate must have excellent communication skills and be willing to travel both domestically and internationally.
Bachelors Degree Required
