Product Line Coordinator

 

 

Overview:

 

Spatz Laboratories seeks an energetic, detail-oriented, and organized individual for the role of Product Line Coordinator.  The Product Line Coordinator (PLC) is primarily responsible to coordinate logistics and planning for one or more of the interesting and dynamic cosmetic product lines produced by Spatz.  Primary responsibilities include production planning, performance reporting, component procurement, and customer support.  The product line coordinator will be part of the Procurement Planning department.



Responsibilities:

 Track and report status of current sales ordersEvaluate new orders and determine purchased material requirementsProvide production reporting and customer service to customers, as requiredPrepare weekly productions schedules for assigned product lines

 

 

Skill requirements:

 

?  1-3 years of experience in manufacturing planning, inbound logistics, or procurement

?  Highly organized and detail-oriented

?  Excellent verbal and written communication skills

?  Demonstrated success working in team environments

?  Goal-oriented and self-motivated

?  Significant experience with MS Excel (including simple spreadsheets and user-friendly reports)

?  Bachelors degree preferred
