We are looking for a Product Manager - ERP with the drive to help us build and grow a groundbreaking product in a exciting new market. This individual will own, drive and design existing and new products.

This individual will increase the profitability of existing products and enhance or develop new ideas based on industry experience and contact with Partners, industry analysts, customers and prospects. The Product Manager will assist marketing communications by helping them understand the product positioning, key benefits, and target customers. The Product Manager will develop ComPiere?s implementation methodology and produce/maintain product collaterals as well as other promotional material. Additionally, the Product Manager will be expected to provide high level Compiere implementation consulting to both Partners and customers.

Other job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
? Specify market requirements for current and future products.
? Draw up market requirement documents, and then effectively drive the solution set across various development teams.
? Participate in the development and implementation of company-wide go-to-market plans.
? Act as functional Community Liaison.
? Assist in the creation and publication of Industry White Papers.
? Maintain a current & relevant competitive analysis data base.
? Disseminate competitive flash reports to Partners.


Required skills/experience/education:-

- ERP implementation experience - emphasis on business domain (not technical), must have consulting experience.
- Must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy.
- Must have a big-picture vision with the drive to make that vision a reality.
- Works well cross-functionally and within a small team.
- Detail oriented.
- 3+ years of ERP product experience.

Preferred:-

- Bachelor?s Degree
- Accounting and/or Materials Management experience
