Product Manager II

Job Responsibilities:

?  This position will manage project initiatives to analyze and add product features and functionality to the Tandem based retail payment transaction-processing system as a result of customer requests, compliance mandates, business initiatives, and market opportunities.

?  Responsibilities will involve experience with multiple North American retail card-present payment processing products including credit, debit/EBT, private label, and gift card.

?  The position has full life cycle responsibility for this product platform. This will involve working closely with the client/prospect, Retail Sales Consulting, and the Relationship Management/Sales teams to understand and document the detailed business requirements necessary for the application enhancements.

?  Once documented, the incumbent must work with the Technology staff to deliver the required functionality, and with the Marketing and Training groups as necessary to appropriately launch the product.

?  The position is responsible for understanding technical concepts related to the processing platform and for translating market ideas into business/technical requirements for the Technology staff.

 

Job Requirements:

?  College degree in a business or technical related field. Preferred experience is 3+ years in a technical product or project management role.

?  7+ years of overall work experience. Excellent organizational and communication skills are a requirement.
