We are currently seeking a highly motivated Product Manager to join our Product Management department specifically for our Risk Management products.

 

Position Description:

 

-  Lead the effort to provide risk management, back office and middle office solutions in conjunction with our front-end trading screen for our diverse customer base.

-  Coordinate entire product development cycle from needs analysis to production rollout with engineering, sales, marketing and support.

-  Define and maintain product development plans and timelines.

-  Manage and communicate daily progress against defined timelines.

-  Provide training to other departments in support of product development.

-  Analyze product features for improvements on an ongoing basis.

-  Interact with users to discuss needs and product features.

 

Position Requirements:

 

-  Minimum 4 years experience in product management with experience analyzing business cases, developing product definitions, defining detailed product specifications and managing project timelines.

-  Track record of shipping products successfully.

-  Excellent understanding of technology, product/system/interface design.

-  Experience with risk management systems in the futures trading industry.

-  Experience with back office and middle office systems in the futures trading industry.

-  Electronic trading software knowledge.

-  Structured, organized, methodical thinker; Persistent, creative, tenacious work ethic.

-  Ability to produce high quality, detailed requirements and specification documents.

-  Good critical judgment; ability to distill important information into concise, effective executive summaries.

-  Good listening and interviewing skills; ability to elicit customer requirements, take detailed notes, pose relevant questions and understand the overall picture.
