Job Description

 

Lead product management and market development initiatives for a new generation of communications products in the VoIP arena. Product management responsibilities include; creating new business strategy and plan, product definition and roadmap, working with ODM partners, feature and line extension management, market research, working with cross-functional teams from concept through launch, defining go to market strategy and plan, developing product positioning, and driving commercialization activities with product marketing through sales, customers, channels, and partners.

Job Requirements

 Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent and 5 plus years of Product Management experience, MBA preferredMust have a minimum of 3 years of product management experience specific to consumer or business communication products, including new product introduction and product lifecycle managementDemonstrated track record in the full range of product management activities including research, market opportunity evaluation, product definition, go-to market strategies, team leadership, marketing positioning, financial analysis and trainingExperience and proven success in working with ODM partnersStrong user interface development skillsStrong technical knowledge of business communication systems, PBX's and telephonesStrong technical knowledge and experience in IP Telephony protocols and/or IP networking solutionsAbility to build relationships with customers, channel partners, engineering, marketing and operationsExcellent research, analytical, project management, and people management skillsDemonstrated track record of effective written, verbal, and presentation communication skillsStrong leadership skills and an ability to work autonomously as well as within a team environmentExperience in developing hardware and software productsInternational experience a plus
