Develop and support Bio-Rad's BioPlex Autoimmune products. Manage existing BioPlex autoimmune products to increase product line sales. Understand the needs of the Autoimmune market and translate those needs into new product requirements, product improvements and promotional materials. Provide support and training to Bio-Rad's worldwide sales organizations. Work in a collaborative environment to help develop and implement a reproducible system for market research, product development and life cycle management.

BA/BS degree in a Life Science or equivalent; MT, MS, PhD or MBA preferred. 3+ years experience in sales and/or marketing in Clinical Diagnostics. 3+ uears experience working in autoimmune disease testing. Previous experience launching new products in a Clinical Diagnostics environment. Strong understanding of immunoassay and bead-based multiplex technology along with the ability to communicate technical product information in a clear, concise and creative manner. Strong product management skills. Ability to travel up to 30%, including domestic and international travel.
