SENIOR CUSTOMER BUSINESS ANALYST

The KIK Bentonville Office manages our product and sales activities while working closely with our internal and external customers.

We are searching for a bright, sharp relationship-builder for this Senior Customer Business Analyst ? Wal-Mart position.This unique opportunity will challenge your talent to manage the daily workflow to and from the buyer and KIK Custom Products.  Responsibilities will include data retrieval, and formulating Sales Analysis that will provide sales opportunities and item level forecasting.  Accountabilities include tracking and month end reporting; Experience in RETAIL LINK is critical.
 
CAPABILITIES AND EXPECTATIONS FOR SUCCESS:Maintains Access database of sales data.  Interpret data and provides business recommendations Provides support for customer management including: new item paperwork, sales meeting presentations, supplier agreements and forecasting support Provides weekly customer analysis to include: new item updates, Pricing surveys, product performance, ad hoc reporting requested by 3-6 buyers Supports Team Leader to include: sales forecasting, weekly reporting, corporate objectives, trends/analysis Manage Office flow to include: bills, office equipment, samples, product and layout room

IDEAL QUALIFICATIONSCollege degree or comparable business background Strong Retail Link experience (5+ years).  Detailed understanding of Wal-Mart paperwork and expectationsAdvanced Microsoft Office skills with special emphasis on Access and Powerpoint(5+ years)Strong analytical experience using Wal-Mart data to research and get to the heart of a challenging situationExcellent verbal & written communication skillsProficiency with Excel spreadsheets, Word
