Candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, be quick learners and be passionate about understanding search engine behavior and how to balance designing products for robots vs. people.

Responsibilities:

- Analyzing sources of site traffic and search engine/end-user behavior.

- Developing and planning new SEO strategies and best practices.

- Coordinating SEO implementation across different functional area.

Requirements:

- Ability to write basic Perl/Unix scripts to monitor logs and systems.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Strong project management skills.

- Experience in driving cross-functional teams, including Marketing, QA and Development.

- Ability to work cooperatively and proactively with team members.

- One to three years of previous SEO experience is a plus but willing to train newbies if they can convince us they are serious and passionate.

Insider Pages is based in Redwood Shores, CA. Candidates must be located in the Bay Area or be willing to relocate.
