In this position you will report to the Executive GM for the Enterprise Business Unit and head up a team of 12-15 Product Managers

 

You will create and implement XSP/VLE/Enterprise segment product strategy and business strategy based on customer insight. The XSP/VLE/Enterprise product strategy aims to create competitive advantage by differentiating itself, and to eve revenue goals by offering the best solution tailored to customer needs.

 

Responsibilities:
?Responsible for creating and implement product strategy by collaborating with the sales marketing, and service groups
?To work with marketing, sales team to ensure the product strategy achieve differentiate competitive advantage which has to be one of key value to customer.
?To work with sales team to ensure product strategy can effectively meet revenue goal
?To oversee product strategy and effectively lead PM group to implement product strategy accordingly.
?To create a frame work for product management group to enable product manager gather customer insight by closely interacting with internal/external customers.
?Directs, establishes, maintains, and plans the overall policies and goals for a product management department
?Effective participation and contributing member of XSP/VLE/E Management Team


Desired Education, Experiences & Skills:
?Competencies (knowledge, skills and attributes)
?Demonstrable expertise in Product management and strategic thinking
?Demonstrable expertise in leadership of product management group
?Excellent business skills, pricing, product planning etc.
?Ability to quickly understand customer needs and translate them in product offerings
?Creativity
?Excellent English language skills  both written and spoken

Experience:
?A minimum of 5 years experience in a PM role, gained within the IT industry and preferably in an IT security related environment
?At least 2 years experience in a senior head of PM with international working experience in a high pressure environment
?Effective team management experience - remotely
?The candidate will have experience of managing and effectively leading large teams in a matrix structure & within a demanding environment of change

Education:
?Degree?s MS/BS
?MBA Preferred
