Senior Product Manager ?Scan Mail for Exchange/Portal Protect (4078)

 

Job responsibilities:
?Lead the effort in delivering world-class Scan Mail for Exchange/Portal Protect for enterprise security products. (Trend Micro Console Manager TMCM)
?Conduct and utilize continuous competitive research.
?Manage and execute product delivery (including managing relationships with vendors, partners, outsourced and remote teams).
?Hire, coach, motivate, and develop strong team players.
?Define and manage product development plans and benchmarks.
?Deliver products that win awards and generate high customer satisfaction ratings.

Qualifications/Requirements for the position:
?Must have proven track record in product management and strategic thinking, working with fast-paced team of enterprise software developers.
?At least 10 years of experience in product development with at least 3 years in with security products
?Ability to quickly understand customer needs and translate them in product offerings
?Strong management and interpersonal skills.
?Familiar with multi-national business culture and work well with international teams is a must.
?Outstanding creative and thinking outside the box abilities
?Ability to communicate well with customers, employees, managers, and subordinates (all levels)
?Excellent English language skills ? both written and spoken. Any knowledge of other Asian languages will be a big plus.

Experience:
?10-15 years experience with progressively increasing responsibility gained within the IT security related industry/environment
?At  least 5 years experience with a Scan Mail for Exchange/Portal Protect product with international working experience in a high pressure environment
?Effective team management experience/skills in a highly matrix and geographically dispersed international organization in a rapidly changing environment

Education:
?BS/MS degree combined with a MBA preferably.
