We are currently seeking a Senior Product Manager.

 

Key Responsibilities:Works with customers in initial definition and later development of product / system specifications and functional requirementsParticipates in the development of product pricing and strategy Provides technical support for the full range of company products and applications in sales presentations, product demonstrations, installation and maintenance of company products to ensure that the systems is functioning according to specificationsAssists customers in radio frequency product testing to ensure product quality and functional performanceConducts product diagnosis and troubleshooting with recommendations for solutions of highly complex performance issuesProvides technical support of initial product rollout and manages FOA processParticipates in radio frequency (RF) design, project management, implementation, installation and documentation of RadioFrame Networks productsInterfaces with customers by phone, e-mail, and in person to answer application / system questions and help customers solve technical problemsInterfaces with and involves RFN Engineering, SI&T, Sales and other key personnel to accomplish the above objectivesWrites and contributes to technical documentation and articles on products, services, and applicationsIdentifies additional products / services opportunities in customer organizationsProvides mentorship and training to other product engineers

 

Requirements:Bachelors degree in Engineering, Telecommunications or related field5-10+ years of demonstrated technical experience in cellular telecommunications systems design or related experienceExperience in the design of cellular networks, IP networks and RF antenna systems requirediDEN experience requiredMust be able to work within a cross-functional team environment to drive system salesTravel requiredExcellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively to an audience with a wide range of technical knowledgeStrong communication and presentation skillsMust be able to accommodate multiple projectsMust be self-directed and willing to take initiative
