Description
As a Senior Product Manager at Visto, you will be responsible for defining market requirements for our mobile products targeted at the ISP (Internet Service Provider) and ESP (Email Service Provider) marketplace. You will own ISP/ESP product strategy, vision/roadmap, positioning, go-to-market planning, priority-setting, and tactical execution. You will be both increasing profitability of our existing product line and developing new products.

You must possess a combination of business and technical expertise as well as a vision for the mobile messaging market. You will work closely with engineering, program management, and QA to manage the product lifecyle, and you will serve as the company's chief evangelist for ISP/ESP product offerings.

* Ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities, and meet deadlines

Responsibilities include
* Write clear/compelling customer and end user-driven Market Requirements Documents (MRDs)
* Position, brand, manage, and go-to-market with Visto's ISP/ESP product suite
* Work with cross-functional teams (Development, Program Management and Quality Assurance) to deliver high-quality ISP/ESP products on-time
* Forge and drive partnerships with ISPs/ESPs to ensure product integeration and interoperability

Educational Requirements
* BS/BA in technical or business
* Strong academic background
* MBA preferred

Required Skills & Experience
* 4 to 6 years experience in software product management
* Minimum 2 years experience managing ISP/ESP targeted products/services
* Familiarity with telecom/datacom decision-making dynamic within SMB/medium-sized businesses
* Experience in fast-paced environments with overlapping projects/deliverables
* Outstanding written and oral communication skills
* Strong organizational and analytical skills

* Experience with Microsoft .NET and Web Services
* Experience working with consumer groupware products
* Global business experience
* Experience with wireless applications such as wireless push email, wireless messaging, mobile wireless productivity solutions targeted to wireless operators
