Title: Senior Offer Development Manager

We are seeking an exceptional individual to lead Technical and Business Consulting Service Offer development to support Teradata?s Master Data Management solution.  He/she drives cross-functional alignment, program management, global requirements capture, internal budgeting and business case development, 3rd party partnerships, development and delivery of tools and assets which become part of a proposed offer. 

He/she directs field deployment of new offerings with a strong emphasis on Service Offer knowledge transfer and mentoring.  They develop Service Offer documentation and interface with marketing, delivery, sales, and training.  They assure completeness and quality of both depth and breadth of Teradata Service Offerings.  This includes supporting the education, subject matter expertise, and deployment of Teradata Service Offers.  He/she provides input to the Teradata Services Portfolio, and provides input to Professional Services strategy and direction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
 Full Service Offer portfolio lifecycle management, which has a direct relationship to organizational cost optimization and revenue objectives
 Directly impacts customer satisfaction with Teradata platform and applications
 Makes recommendations to the senior executives on investments and decisions relative to the Service Offer portfolio
 Works with Professional Services and Industry consulting to identify largest value and best opportunities for offer development in the area of Master Data Management. 
 Influence and contribute to roadmap priorities and product requirements
 Identify, recommend, and support acquisition opportunities to fill gaps in solution or grow Teradata MDM capability
 Program leader for virtual cross-functional team to move a Service Offer from concept phase into planning, requirements, development, training and deployment phases
 Leads global activities that support the education, subject matter expertise, and deployment of Professional Services offers
 Works with field deployment personnel for introduction of new Service Offerings with strong emphasis on knowledge transfer and mentoring
 Works with Teradata Training to identify skill requirements to deliver new Service Offers
 Works with Teradata Marketing to create sales and positioning collateral
 Develops Service Offer documentation and assists in delivery of and monitoring field engagements to capture learning and validate process
 Collaborates with Teradata horizontal Service Offer development for incorporation of differentiation and key messages

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
 BS/BA degree
 Minimum 5 years experience with master file and/or data management
 US Permanent Resident

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
 BS/BA degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related business degree
 MBA degree
 7 to 10 years experience in Product Management, Program Management, Project Management with software technology
 7 to 10 years experience in data warehousing
 Experience moving offers and/or products from concept phase to deployment, business case development
 Experience/understanding in data assessment, data cleansing, data consolidation and reconciliation, data migration
 Experience with software and/or web based application development
 Practical knowledge of business intelligence reporting, OLAP, dashboards, logical database modeling
 Experience with Transactional Customer Data Integration (CDI), Product Information Management (PIM)
 Knowledge of ERP packages such as Peoplesoft, Oracle, SAP.
 Professional Services consulting experience in the following areas: qualifying technical requirements and activities prior to onsite customer visits, managing technical aspects of sales cycle & preparation of technical responses, defining customers' business problems and requirements, defining data and business intelligence solutions
