Sr. Product Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION You will be responsible for developing and managing applications and products that create a world-class ecommerce shopping experience using the comprehensive search results from our patent-pending technology. You will collaborate with other parts of the organization to identify key Product Management initiatives, gather requirements, and translate into MRDs/specs. You will work closely with the Engineering team to ensure products/features are created to spec and on schedule. You will develop a deep understanding of our products, technology, customers, and competitors in order to create or enhance website functionality. Responsibilities and duties: • Develop a website experience that will attract and retain loyal customers • Enhance website functionality to increase the online conversation rate • Gather requirements and perform competitive analysis • Conduct usability studies and develop customer surveys • Develop ROI models and other rationales for new products/features • Work with the Design team to create prototypes/mockups to communicate new functionality or ideas • Write Marketing Requirements Documents (MRDs) and detailed functional specifications • Manage our outbound emailing marketing program • Evaluate the performance of new functionality/features and develop recommendations for improvement

Qualifications :
REQUIREMENTS We're looking to hire an exceptional individual with a proven track record in the area of product management. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who will be passionate about working and succeeding in the fast-paced environment of our company. Specific requirements include: • 7+ years overall work experience • 4+ years experience in a product management role at a web-based company (B2C preferred) • A background in search technologies, ecommerce, or online comparison shopping • A demonstrated track record of developing outstanding shopping experiences for online customers • Experience working in an environment of continual improvements based on close attention to website performance metrics and iterative functionality changes • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Experience & comfort with data analysis and spreadsheets • Willingness to roll up sleeves and "do whatever it takes"; attention to detail • Bachelor’s degree (Business, Econ, Computer Science, MIS, or Engineering preferred) • MBA a plus Please respond to:
