Sr Product Marketing Manager - Gigabit Ethernet PHY - Taiwan preferred (Milpitas or Austin, TX)

The selected candidate will perform the following:

 

1.Develop business cases for new Consumer, SMB and Enterprise product Gigabit Ethernet PHY, Including product definition, financial and pricing analysis, and market analysis. 

2.Manage product lifecycles for PHY product families, from introduction to obsolescence.

3.Lead marketing product launches for new products, including collateral development, customer/channel engagement, technical training, and development.

4.Manage key customers worldwide for PHY product line, including travel to US, ASIA and Europe.  Manage business development activities for Vitesse Ethernet Product division in Taiwan.

5. Overnight Travel for this position is approximately 20%.

 

To qualify for this exciting opportunity, you'll need to posees the following:

 

5+ years of relevant experience in semiconductor marketing. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills; excellent written and spoken English required.  Highly motivated self-starter with good attention to detail, and strong business acumen.  Fluency in a Mandarin language a strong plus.  Previous in SMB Ethernet design, semiconductor sales, or field applications engineering.  B.S. in engineering, MBA preferred.
