TECHNICAL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

You will help define market direction and strategy on a NAFTA scale, and you will also determine R&D capability to translate customer requirements into immediate and future business.  This will require expertise in working closely with OEM users of reactive monomers.

 

What you need is:

? A strong technical background

? 4-year degree in chemical engineering or chemistry. 

? Minimum 5 years experience in technical service and R&D.

? Knowledgeable in coatings, adhesives, dispersions industry.

? Good verbal and written skills with good organization.

 

Must be a team player working with other business disciplines such as sales, procurement, customer service and business development.

 

Support functions include handling customer complaints and recommending new business development programs and marketing initiatives.
