Statements Presort Department Unit Manager

Evening Position.? Supervise?up to?20 staff members.? Manage high-speed?sorting equipment?in a fast paced environment?to ensure the timely processing of customer's?statements?while meeting Business Plan budget goals.? Delegate work and responsibility to designated staff.? Conduct annual performance reviews and make recommendations regarding employment.? Responsible for interviewing, training and motivating staff.? Complete various projects assigned by the Operation Manager.

Monday - Friday

3:00pm - 11:30pm with additional hours required based on business need



Required:

High school diploma/GED.?College degree preferred.?
One year of direct?supervisory experience is required.? Previous production experience is a plus.?
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Access is required.?
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously is necessary.??
