About the Opportunity

Account Executive/Program Manager, Survivability Ballistic Armor

This position has responsibility for marketing opaque and transparent ballistic armor

systems and force protection technology solutions to the U.S. DOD and federal/state/local homeland security and law enforcement agencies. Reports to the Senior Vice President for Business Development and Defense Operations. Specific responsibilities include marketing, sales, and project management support for various defense and industrial suppliers to the U.S. Government and OEMs. May be required to perform other related duties as required and/or assigned.

Qualifications

Ideal candidate has a military or government background and considerable combined military, government, and industry experience, preferably with industry experience in defense marketing or program management. All applicants should have experience in program management and government procurement with a strong knowledge of the user requirements process, DOD programming and budget process, and the DOD /USG acquisition process. Understanding and knowledge of ballistic armoring is a plus. An education background of business and engineering is preferred.
