WinnResidential is in search of a Property Manager and Maintenance Mechanic Team for brand new mixed use senior/commercial property in Fillmore, CA.  F/T during lease up; P/T after stabilized.  Prior mgmt experience (tax credit a plus) and desire to work with senior households a must.Strong computer skills/Yardi, and bilingual/Spanish highly desired. Maintenance candidate should have general repair/maintenance background and a desire to work with senior households.

 

Great starting salary and 2 bdrm apartment (property manager).  Maint. mechanic is an off-site position, unless team.
