- Manage and oversee the program team functions in the printing, distribution and shipping of test materials.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans including tasks definitions and dependencies, resource allocation, cost allocation, milestones and deliverables.
- Develop methods and procedures for controlling costs, increasing efficiency and ensuring quality.
- Provide analysis and improvement recommendations for process/work flows.
- Fulfill CMM requirements including adhering to methodologies and preparation of CMM documentation.
- Forecast and produce schedule for program materials.
- Work closely with Program Managers & Operations departments to manage the printing & distribution of program materials.
- Perform specific projects and other duties as assigned by manager.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- Experience with assessment, operations, or distribution strongly preferred.
- Must have strong project management skills, excellent written & oral communication skills, & keen attention to detail.
- Experience identifying, quantifying, and managing project risks required.
- Other skills/experiences desired include problem solving, planning/organizing, managing expectations, team building, influencing and negotiating.
- Ability to drive groups to consensus and facilitate meetings desired.
- Experience with process/work flow analysis and improvement desired.
- Team building and leadership skills are required.
- Excellent people skills and the ability to interact with all people of varying levels in the organization required.
- Ability to prioritize and manage competing demands required.
- Prior experience working across organizational lines required.
- PC skills required, including experience with Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office Professional (Excel, Powerpoint, Word), and Outlook.
- Experience with Oracle Packaging & Distribution preferred
