Key responsibilities include:



Performing a wide scope of analysis functions for the Billing and Enrollment departments


Providing guidance and support for the analysis and of CMS guidelines and how they affect our processes


Reviewing and interpreting CMS guidelines from an Operations standpoint


Working with IT to develop system enhancements and resolve discrepancies


Collaborating with Accounts Receivable on reconciliations and other financial analysis and reporting efforts


Drafting business requirements and coordinating internal projects to meet business needs



Experience in business analysis and/or data analysis is required, and process improvement experience is also needed. CMS experience is preferred. Ideal candidates would have a background drafting business requirements and a familiarity with Medicare. MS Office proficiency is a must, as is a related Bachelor’s degree.
