Business Process Specialist

Manpower for Verigy is seeking a top-performer to oversee and define worldwide Quote to Cash (Q2C) processes and policies, and ensure worldwide SOX audit compliance. This includes all processes owned by the Verigy global Business Centers such as: customer master data maintenance, quotation generation, order entry, credit analysis and administration, contracts administration, pricing administration, invoicing, revenue recognition and collections. Description: - Responsible for worldwide Verigy Business Center Audit, Business Control Compliance and SOX programs. This includes: - Translation of overall business risk or management concerns into concrete audit plans and programs. - Identification of risk areas and gaps in business center operations and overall end-to-end processes touching the business centers. - Creating awareness and building partnerships with other functions to ensure overall end-to-end compliance. - Planning and executing audit and consulting engagements. - Facilitate effective communication of audit results to management. - Lead all Global Audit Programs including ISO, Internal, Self-Audits and SOX. Establish internal Business Center business controls to ensure reliability and integrity of information and compliance with Company policies, laws and regulations. Develop policies to ensure Q2C processes are efficient, meet business requirements ad are compliant with rules and regulations. Work with mgrs on SOX issues. Initiate automated improvements with the intent to eliminate manual reporting constraints. Drive consistency in process development and excellence in execution to achieve the required business performance metrics and results (i.e.. revenue recognition
