JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are seeking a highly motivated, dynamic and enthusiastic professional to join the Senior Leadership Team of National Accounts Plan Sponsor Services as the head of our Quality Program. The ideal candidate must provide vision, coordination and strong leadership for the many initiatives currently in place including the continued development of the new end to end audit program. The successful candidate must be able to continually improve upon the existing structure and implement program enhancements as we work to establish a best in class quality program that meets internal and external constituent expectations for demonstrating quality outcomes.
The NA PSS Quality Director will:
- Help shape the organization s strategic vision related to quality
- Identify strengths and development opportunities of our existing initiatives
- Design and implement the plan to take us from our current state to our future state
- Provide hands on support to increase the understanding of our employees of quality concepts and expectations
- Ensure our direction supports the focus of NACO
- Assist organization leaders to challenge conventional thinking and identify improvement opportunities

SKILL OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Able to work effectively in a matrixed environment across all levels of the organization, the successful candidate will possess exceptional oral and written communication skills, be well organized and have a proven track record of successful execution.
- Minimum five years of relevant experience
- A proven track record of formulating unique and value added solutions
- Experience supporting continuous process improvement and enterprise wide process change.
- Experience defining, assembling and managing multi-functional teams
- Ability to build alliances and leverage relationships in the broadest context across Aetna business units
- Bias toward risk taking
- Change agent, ability to drive change through influencing others
- Team player/effective team building skills
- Ability to create a vision, build a plan to achieve the goals and effectively execute
- Must have the ability to influence and effect change resulting in quantifiable, positive outcomes.
- Undergraduate degree, or equivalent experience, is required
- Experience with implementing/managing a successful quality program in a service environment using a model such as Six Sigma, Kaizan, TQM, etc. is a plus.

ADDITIONAL JOB INFORMATION:
Relocation is not being offered nor is it required. Preference is that the candidate would be located in an existing NACO location.
