Job Description:

Your main responsibility will be developing the concepts and managing the conduct of clinical studies to evaluate the performance, efficacy and safety of our products.  You will work with Reimbursement, Regulatory and Marketing to set strategic direction for clinical projects and to develop protocols consistent with the company?s objectives.  You will help identify and build relationships with key clinicians and groups to assist in clinical research and provide product support and feedback.  You will provide clinical/patient feedback as it relates to product development.  You will work closely with the medical advisory board to ensure that our clinical efforts are in line with real world practice.

 

Position Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of managing clinical studies, preferably on the medical device side.

?  Bachelors Degree required; MS, MPH or PhD preferred; nursing or physical therapy background a plus

?  Basic knowledge of scientific method and protocol design

?  Understanding of how to move from study design through IRB approval to publication

?  Ability to manage multiple projects

?  Ability to manage internal and external project deliverables

?  A good communicator with the ability to present scientific/medical concepts in a clear and concise way

?  Medical writing experience

?  Experience managing large project budgets

?  Fundamental knowledge of human anatomy and physiology

?  Team Player

 

Additional Information:

This position will require up to 25% overnight travel nationally.
