Client Service Manager

As Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for your assigned key client relationships and project management within those accounts, ensuring on-time, on-budget, high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction. You will provide leadership in setting the standard for seamless process management from kickoff to completion. You will also facilitate cross-selling with other business practices. Your primary responsibility will be to help manage simplified communication and business literature projects.

Skills and Criteria:

? Excellent communication and organizational skills; capable client presence and outstanding people skills.
? Detail-oriented, well organized, smart and resourceful.
? Solutions-level knowledge specific to the practice and industry.
? Financial project coordination or budget management experience.
? Minimum of five years in graphics coordinator, agency traffic, customer service or a related function, in a design studio or corporate/brand environment.
? Experience managing interactive projects
? Software: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Quark XPress, FileMaker Pro, and other project planning and scheduling software.
