The Role

We currently have a vacancy for a Customer Implementations Project Manager.  This role will work within our Global Operations team and report directly to the Professional Services Manager.  You will be responsible for the implementation of our world leading product, Provantis to multiple customers and will be required to travel globally, to ensure the successful delivery of a high quality, on time, on budget solution.

 The Experience

The ideal candidate essentially will have a minimum of 3-5 years experience of successfully managing customer facing software product implementation projects, preferably in life sciences, pre clinical.  Any knowledge of Provantis and related products is a distinct advantage. 

 

In addition, the successful candidate will have a thorough working knowledge and experience of project management disciplines, including PRINCE 2 and/or PMBOK.

 

Your personal qualities and attributes are equally important. You must possess excellent communication skills, be a strong team player and also have the ability to encourage and motivate others. You must take a proactive approach to work and be able to work with little supervision.
