Customer Service Improvement Project Manager

The Georgia Department of Human Resources (DHR), Office of the Commissioner is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Customer Service Improvement Project Manager.

Reporting directly to the Director of the Commissioner?s Office of Project Management, the Customer Service Improvement Project Manager will oversee the development and ongoing management of an agency-wide project focused on creating a customer-focused culture throughout the Department of Human Resources (DHR). The incumbent will work closely with selected Department of Human Resources programs to develop a customer focused culture and speed up front-line service delivery. In addition, the incumbent of this position will lead continuous improvement efforts with Department of Human Resources Leadership and staff to identify, evaluate and recommend customer service improvements that should be made in the Department of Human Resources. more
